Returns
Policy
New
Merchandise:

Merchandise returned for a refund
or exchange must be returned within 30 days of
purchase, must be unused, in resalable condition, in original unopened packaging,
and accompanied by the original store register receipt. Do not write on the package. Putting gas into a remote control
product
constitutes used merchandise. All refunds or exchanges are handled on
item by item basis.

Defective Merchandise:

Defective products
[missing or mal-formed parts, etc.] can be returned for refund or exchange under the
following conditions - Merchandise must be returned in its original
package. Do not write on the package. We will not exchange or
provide a refund on any
product with the packaging having "defective" or any other information written on it. |
Remote Control
Merchandise:
|
R/C
products are guaranteed by the
manufacturer. Defective products must be returned to the Manufacturer
under their warranty terms. We do not accept returns on any remote control item.
If you are having trouble with
an R/C product, we will work with
you to get it working properly if we can. We no longer accept returns on GWS products,
all sales are Final. Installing and using an R/C rechargeable battery or
servo unit constitutes used merchandise.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of any radio-controlled model.
Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. Current limits must be observed with batteries, speed controllers, and electric motors. Fuses must be used with all electrical components where indicated (example: speed
controllers). |
We will not accept returns on Kites!
Due to the nature of wind it is impossible to determine if it was defective or if it is user error. Greenfield News & Hobby accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and
/ or use of purchased products. Missing and
Incorrect Items in Shipped Orders:

Packing orders involves human interaction. Occasionally human error results in a missing or incorrect item being sent with your order. If this happens, notify us immediately (preferably by Phone).
We will resolve each problem on a case by case basis.
All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your
shipment. Defective merchandise will only be replaced or refunded within 30
days of purchase at our discretion. Include a brief note describing the defect on a separate piece of
paper. Servo returns must include the complete unopened accessory package.
